1. Delivery Information

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK-based warehouse.

2. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days - £4.95
• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days - £7.95
• Next Day Delivery: Next working day (order before 2pm) - £9.95

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel's journey and estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided by you is incorrect.

6. Failed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the specified time, it will be returned to us and a redelivery charge may apply.

7. International Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options to include international shipping in the future.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
